White Lily in a Dark Garden — A Wearable Artwork
A pristine white lily rises from a field of darkness — delicate, luminous, and utterly alive.
This handcrafted pendant is built around a single obsession: capturing the lily in its most truthful form. Each petal is shaped and textured by hand to convey that soft, translucent quality unique to real lily blooms. The pistil is sculpted with anatomical care, while the stamens are finished in warm gold, echoing the natural blush of pollen-dusted anthers. The flower doesn't merely sit atop this piece — it grows from it.
The backdrop is oxidized sterling silver, darkened to a deep, velvety black. At the top, a spiked ironpunk arch rises like a jagged crown — industrial, fierce, and architectural. Below the flower, the stem passes through a panel of hand-pierced arabesque openwork, its scrolling vines an Art Nouveau whisper beneath all that edge.
The contrasts are intentional and layered: white against black, softness against spikes, organic nature against iron-forged structure. A gentle flower crowned in thorns.
