Magnolia in Bloom — Sterling Silver Necklace with Black Pearl
A magnolia blossom rendered in fine silver, its petals catching the light against a backdrop of oxidized sterling. Curling Art Nouveau tendrils frame the flower on either side, each line hand-formed to suggest vines caught mid-growth — nothing here was allowed to feel accidental or unfinished.
Each small leaf carries two layers of detail: a hammered texture beneath, and fine veins cut by hand with a graver — delicate work at a scale that leaves little room for error, but proof of the care given to even the smallest elements of the piece.
A baroque black-lipped pearl hangs below the central motif, capped in a detailed silver setting. That cap, along with the shell motif above it, are the only cast elements in the piece — every other component was hand-cut, shaped, and soldered together piece by piece.
This is not jewelry that announces itself with sparkle. It asks to be looked at closely, and it rewards that attention. Wear it, and it speaks for you — for the kind of beauty you notice, and the kind you choose to carry.
