The upper half of the pendant takes the form of a bold, fan-shaped silhouette — its radiating spires evoking the raw geometry of a wrought iron fence, commanding and architectural. Beneath it, flowing Art Nouveau scrolls curve and breathe with natural grace, softening the industrial structure above and grounding the piece in organic beauty.
One of the pendant's most captivating details: the fan is constructed from two identical layers, deliberately offset front and back. As the piece moves and the viewing angle shifts, the layered forms create a subtle interplay of depth and shadow — the pendant seems to change its expression depending on how the light catches it.
At the heart of the pendant rests a unique composite cabochon — amethyst bonded with Paua shell. The iridescent surface of the Paua shell blurs and mingles with the violet depth of the amethyst, producing a luminous, shifting glow that feels almost otherworldly. As you move, the brightest point of the shimmer travels across the stone, making it feel alive.
