Vintage Shell cameo hand carved by an artist with gold frame(C2)

It's a shell cameo that has pale brown background and white picture.

There is a signature at the bottom but I can't identify whose it is.

It can be used as a brooch or a pendant.

The frame is made of 18K gold.

It comes out of my inventory and is unused so the condition is very good.
