I saw a video of a beautiful pond with water lilies and carps. The pond is called "Monet's pond" in Japan.
Maybe you can find a video by Google.
A few weeks later I found a green aventurine in a gemstone shop. I remembered the pond. I thought it would be a fantastic art jewelry.
Then I made this.
The red leaves are heat patinaed copper called Hido in japan. They are set on sterling bases.
The gold one is made by Keum Boo of fine gold on sterling silver. The carp is also Keum Booed.
The body is made of sterling silver. I pierced the water flow pattern. The flower is also made of sterling silver.
And mabe pearl!! It's very beautiful.
All is hand fabricated except the carp. The carp is cast from a hand carved wax.
The diameter of the circle is 38mm. Please look at the third photo.
The current ring size is #8 (US).
Sizing is a bit difficult but I suppose I can resize it from #7 to #9 by free.
The ring is big and heavy. I suggest you should wear it on your middle or index finger in special occasions.
