Some evenings call for something unforgettable. This handmade necklace and ring set was made for the night you want to walk in as yourself.
At the heart of each piece is a pear-shaped rubellite tourmaline in vivid raspberry red. The ring’s stone is exceptional: remarkably clean, with very few inclusions and a brilliance that catches every light in the room.
The motif is the thistle, the wild flower often called the national flower of Scotland. To capture its untamed spirit, every leaf and petal was textured and bent by hand into free, flowing curves. The calyx is built from three separate layers, giving the pieces a rich, sculptural weight you can see and feel.
Both pieces are crafted in sterling silver. After oxidizing to bring out the texture, the surface was polished again, so the dark recesses stay deep while the raised details glow softly.
Wear them together for a dinner, a gala, or a special party, or wear either one alone to let a single jewel make its statement. Beautiful and a little untamed, this is wearable art that expresses who you are.
