*I accept Paypal and credit card via Stripe.

*The items are shipped from Japan. All international Duties and taxes are expected to be paid by the buyer. Please be aware of your local import duties prior to buying.

Layaway

1.If you want to do Layaway, please send me a message to arrange your payment schedule.

2.All payments are expected to be completed within 6 months. 

3.The first payment should be around one third of the price. 

4.After we agree about your payment schedule, I'll make the item invisible. Then I'll send you the invoices to your Paypal account according to your payment schedule.

5. I will ship the item(s) after you complete all payments.
If you change your mind and cancel the order before you complete, 
I will refund all of you paid but 7% of it will be reduced for the re-stocking fee.

6. We should talk in detail in private messages. 

7.If your schedule becomes uncomfortable for you, please give me a message. Maybe we can re-arrange it.

Shipping

*PLEASE STATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TOGETHER WITH SHIPPING ADDRESS!
Because of the pandemic, I have to use an International shipping company to some countries.

They strongly require your phone number. Without it, I can't ship.

Shipping is free as long as I can ship by Japan Post or Yamato international Tac Q bin.

*I will ship the item within 5 business days with a tracking number after confirming your payment.

If something ( disaster, strike, private accident, pandemic of the new variant, etc,) happens and I can't ship within 5 days, I will ask you to wait for a while or if you want refund, I will do it.

*My liability ends after the package is sent.
I am not responsible for packages not to be delivered through the customer’s fault (not picking it up in time), and theft or loss on delivery.

I provide a tracking number. Please talk with your local Post Office or the courier using this number.
I will refund ONLY:
1. after the case of loss is confirmed officially and insurance is paid.
2. after the package returns to me in case of non-delivery, not earlier. In this case I will refund the cost of the item, subtracted the shipping, PayPal and Etsy fees.

Refund and exchanging

Please notify me within 30 days of receiving the product for refunds or exchanges.

Kindly contact me initially.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the item is returned to us and confirmed to be in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, this does not apply if there is a defect in the product itself or an issue on the seller's end. We will handle this situation with sincerity.

* IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED when you get the parcel, please take a picture of it before you open it. It will help us a lot!

Custom Order

I accept custom orders, too.
I'll show you some sketches or simulation Photoshopped photos, and their quote(s).
Usually the quote is available for 2 weeks. If the quote is expired, you need to confirm the price again. 
The item is made for only you. Therefore once you order it, you can't cancel the order.
If you cancel it by any means, I can only refund a part of your payment.

My Customer Support

I don't want to make you worry about anything of the deal.

Here is my policy to support you.

1. One time re-sizing of the ring is free. So if you need resizing after you try it on, you don't need to hesitate to ask. But some rings can't be resized technically. Please ask me when you need it.
2. Re-patination, re-plating, and re-polishing are free.
3. One time chain length adjusting of the necklace is free. Some chains have an extender. I hope it covers your need.
4. Minor repairs are free. Please ask me the details when you need it.
5. I ship all of above(1-4) free. But you need to pay YOUR shipping charge to Japan. Thank you.

About your information

Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized IndieMade to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

  • as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

  • as needed to make a mailing list, which you may revoke at any time, to provide news of my shop.

  • as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • IndieMade. I share information with IndieMade as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations.

  • Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

 

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data at least for the following time period: 5 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in Japan and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

  • Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

  • Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

  • Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

  • Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Intellectual  Property

All copyrights of the designs of my pieces, shop logo, and all photos are exclusive property of KAZNESQ (me).  The use of them are permitted with the copyright notice and only by official text of permission. When you make an infringement, I will ask you the copyright fee, and photos fee if they are photos.
